Shipping Policy

Orders ship from Los Angeles.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and customs authorities. Transit delays are outside of our control.

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import taxes, or tariffs depending on the destination country. These fees and any required documentation are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is held by customs, the recipient must contact their local customs office directly to arrange release of the shipment.

9Vyris is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, 9Vyris is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If a package is lost in transit, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
